The mission of Friends of Mulberry Arkansas (FOMA) is to promote, disseminate, and preserve the art and culture of Mulberry. We embrace our city’s history, value the present, and work to build a city today that ensures a better future for the next generation.

Our Goals

  • Create opportunities conducive to community development while being the catalyst that unites like-minded individuals committed to the development of Mulberry.
  • Demonstrate our integrity by promoting community involvement and encouraging others to be their best. 
  • Pioneer feature-facing priorities that build our community via strategic, financial, and educational support.
  • To lead and encourage the community in promoting local businesses, events, and projects that make Mulberry a place to call home.

Friends of Mulberry Arkansas (FOMA) conserve the stories of Mulberry history, guide our present, and lay the foundation for a community that continues to thrive in the future. We worked to further Mulberry’s culture by promoting its arts, people, restaurants, and businesses.

Our Goals

The name of the organization shall be the Friends of Mulberry Arkansas (FOMA), referred to henceforth as the Organization or FOMA. FOMA is recognized by the state of Arkansas as a not for profit corporation and by the IRS as a 501 ( c ) 3 nonprofit organization (pending approval).

The principal offices and place of business of the Organization shall be located in Mulberry, Arkansas.

We accomplish this by engaging with our members to create a business environment conducive to economic prosperity. We advance Mulberry’s interest by building partnerships with local entrepreneurs, education leaders, law enforcement, and civic leaders.
